Introducing Event Subscriptions: Run Multiple Events with One Plan

We're excited to announce Event Subscriptions - a new way to use Fotify that's perfect for photographers, venues, event planners, and anyone who runs multiple events regularly.

Instead of purchasing individual events, you can now pay a single monthly or yearly fee and run multiple events simultaneously. It's the flexibility you've been asking for.

Why Event Subscriptions?

We built Fotify to make event photo sharing simple. But we noticed something: many of our users don't just run one event - they run dozens throughout the year.

Photographers shooting weddings every weekend. Venues hosting corporate events and celebrations. Event planners managing multiple clients. For these power users, buying events one at a time didn't make sense.

Event Subscriptions solve this by giving you a pool of active events you can use however you need.

Perfect for photographers and small venues:

How Active Events Work

The subscription limits how many events can be "active" at once. Here's what that means:

Counts toward your limit:

• Live events (currently running)
• Paused events (temporarily stopped)

Doesn't count (unlimited):

• Upcoming events (created but not started)
• Finished events (completed)

This means you can prepare as many events in advance as you want. Create all your upcoming weddings, set them up with custom branding, and start them when the day arrives.

When an event is done, mark it as finished. It frees up a slot for your next event, and the photos stay accessible for your clients.

Built-In Protection: 7-Day Grace Period

Life happens. Maybe you need to pause your subscription for a slow month, or you're reconsidering your plan.

When you cancel, you get a 7-day grace period where:

• Your events continue working normally
• Guests can still upload photos
• All features remain active
• You can reactivate anytime

If you change your mind within those 7 days, just resubscribe and everything continues seamlessly. No lost data, no disruption.

After the grace period, subscription events are automatically finished. You keep access to view and download all photos - nothing is deleted.

Every event under your subscription automatically includes Premium features:

Combine with One-Time Events

Here's something flexible: one-time purchased events don't count toward your subscription limit.

If you have Event Starter (3 active events) and need a fourth event for a special occasion, you can purchase a one-time Gallery or Premium event. It runs independently of your subscription.

This hybrid approach gives you the best of both worlds - predictable monthly pricing for your regular events, plus the ability to expand when needed.

Ready to try Event Subscriptions?

1. Log into your Fotify Dashboard
2. Go to Subscriptions > Event Plans
3. Choose Event Starter or Event Professional
4. Select monthly or yearly billing
5. Complete checkout and start creating events

Your subscription activates immediately. Create your first subscription event right away.

What About Existing Events?

If you already have one-time purchased events, they're unaffected. Your subscription is additional capacity on top of what you already have.

Going forward, you can choose whether to use your subscription slots or purchase individual events - whatever makes sense for each situation.
