How It Works

One Link, Unlimited Guests

Enable the Registration Form in your Event Details tab, and Fotify generates a single public URL for your event. Anyone with this link can register themselves - no pre-adding required.

• Add to your website or event page
• Print on flyers with a QR code
• Send in group chats

Smart Registration Flow

When guests visit your registration link, they see:

1. Your event details - name, date, time, and venue
2. Your invitation message - a custom welcome or your standard invitation content
3. A simple registration form - collecting their information

After registering, guests receive a confirmation with a link to their personal invitation page - complete with all your event details, itinerary, location map, and more.

Customize the Experience

You control what information guests provide:

• Always required: First name and last name
• Optional toggles: Email address and phone number
• Plus-ones: Allow 0-10 additional guests per registration
• Custom fields: Any additional questions you've configured appear on the form

If you have Table Management enabled, guests bringing plus-ones are prompted to provide names for each attendee - perfect for seating arrangements.

The Best of Both Worlds

Start with personalized invitations for the guests you know, then enable Registration Form when you want to open it up. Or do the opposite - start with open registration, then disable it when you've reached capacity.
