Understanding Active Event Limits
Your subscription's active event limit applies to your entire team:

This limit is shared. If one member has 2 active events and another has 1, the team has used 3 of their slots.
Finished events don't count against your limit, so you can run unlimited events over time - just not more than your limit simultaneously.
