How to Delete Your Account
If you'd like to permanently delete your Fotify account and all associated data, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team via email.
Before You Delete
Before requesting account deletion, please be aware:
- This action is permanent. Your account, events, photos, videos, RSVPs, and all other data will be permanently removed.
- Download your photos first. If you want to keep your event photos, download them before requesting deletion.
- Active subscriptions will be canceled. Any active event subscriptions or team subscriptions will be terminated.
- Shared links will stop working. All QR codes, album links, and invitation links tied to your account will become inactive.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to hello@fotify.app from the email address associated with the account you want to delete.
Important
- You must send the email from the same email address that is registered on your Fotify account. This is how we verify your identity and ensure only the account owner can request deletion.
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" so our team can process your request promptly.
