How to Download All Your Event Photos

You can download all photos and videos from your event in a single ZIP at any time during your gallery access window — you don't have to wait for the event to finish. Many organizers grab snapshots mid-event for the photographer or social media team, and one final download once everything's wrapped up.

Requirements

Before you can bulk download:

• You need any paid plan — bulk download is included on every paid tier; only free events are excluded
• Your gallery access window must still be active (each tier has its own window — e.g. Photo Gallery: 90 days, Premium Event: 365 days)
• The event has approved photos to download (an empty event yields an empty ZIP)

How to Download

1. Go to Photos in your dashboard
2. Click "Download All" in the Actions section — available at any time during your event, not just after it ends
3. Wait for the download package to be prepared
4. Your browser will download a ZIP file containing all photos and videos

The download includes all approved photos and videos from your event at the moment you click. If new photos come in after that, just click Download All again to get a fresh ZIP.

What's Included

The bulk download includes:

• All approved photos in their uploaded quality
• All approved videos (Premium plans)
• Original file names preserved

Photos pending review are not included in the download.
