How to Download All Your Event Photos
After your event ends, you can download all photos and videos at once. This makes it easy to save all your memories in one go.
Requirements
Before you can bulk download:
- Your event must be finished (ended)
- You need a paid plan (Photo Gallery or Premium Event)
- Your gallery access must still be active
How to Download
- Go to Photos in your dashboard
- Make sure your event status shows as "Finished"
- Click "Download All" in the Actions section
- Wait for the download package to be prepared
- Your browser will download a ZIP file containing all photos and videos
The download includes all approved photos and videos from your event.
What's Included
The bulk download includes:
- All approved photos in their uploaded quality
- All approved videos (Premium plans)
- Original file names preserved
Photos pending review are not included in the download.
