How to Approve or Reject Guest Photos

You can review and approve guest photos before they appear in your public gallery. This gives you full control over what content is visible to all guests.

Enabling Photo Approval

1. Go to Photos in your dashboard
2. Find the Moderation Method section in the stats card
3. Click "Change" to open moderation settings
4. Select "Manual Approval"
5. Click Save Changes

With manual approval enabled, all new uploads go to a review queue instead of appearing immediately.

Reviewing Photos

1. Go to Photos → Album
2. Click the "Photos to Review" tab
3. You'll see all pending photos waiting for your decision

For each photo, you can:

• Approve - Makes the photo visible in your gallery
• Reject - Removes the photo permanently

To clear a large review queue quickly, turn on the Select tool, choose multiple photos (Shift-click for a range), and use the Approve or Delete action in the bar at the bottom. See batch-managing photos.

Automatic Moderation with AI

For larger events, enable AI Moderation to automatically filter inappropriate content:

1. Go to Photos → Click "Change" on moderation settings
2. Select "AI Moderation"
3. Save changes

AI moderation automatically approves appropriate photos and flags potentially inappropriate content for your review. This feature is available on paid plans.
